App Services

BTTLMPS provides you with a platform through which you can create games, participate in games, and make in-app purchases. The App utilizes various technologies, including Firebase, geolocation (for displaying local games), and payment processing via official providers (e.g., Google Play, Apple App Store), to offer you an interactive and optimized gaming experience.

User Responsibilities

You agree to use the App solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these T&Cs.

You agree not to use the App:

To engage in harmful, abusive, or illegal activities.

To transmit viruses or other harmful code.

To disrupt the functionality of the App or the infrastructure of third parties.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials and other sensitive information confidential.

Copyright and Intellectual Property

All content, features, and designs of the App are the exclusive property of BTTLMPS. Reproduction, distribution, or use of any content requires the express written consent of BTTLMPS.

In-App Purchases and Payment Processing

Transactions, in-app purchases, and other payment processes are handled through official payment service providers such as the App Store or Google Play. Any refunds, cancellation rights, and special terms regarding digital content are subject to the guidelines of the respective platform and applicable law. By making a purchase, you agree to these terms.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, BTTLMPS is liable only for damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent breaches of duty. We are not liable for technical disruptions, delays, or failures beyond our control (e.g., outages from third-party providers such as Firebase or payment service providers).

Termination and Suspension

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time and without prior notice if you breach these T&Cs. In the event of termination, any claims for services already rendered remain unaffected.

Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction

These T&Cs are governed by the laws of the European Union. For disputes that cannot be resolved amicably, the jurisdiction – where legally permissible – is the location of BTTLMPS. We also recommend considering alternative dispute resolution methods (e.g., online dispute resolution) before resorting to litigation.

BTTLMPS reserves the right to change these T&Cs at any time. You will be informed of significant changes via the App or by email. By continuing to use the App, you agree to the updated T&Cs.
