Information about your device (e.g., device type, operating system, unique device identifiers, information from device_info_plus, package_info_plus, connectivity_plus) for error diagnosis, app optimization, and improvement of user experience.

Location Data

Using geolocation services (e.g., Geolocator, flutter_map_location_marker, flutter_compass), we capture your location to provide location-based features (e.g., displaying games near you). These location data are stored permanently for the replay function and are not deleted.

Crash and Error Report Data

Technical data is collected via Firebase Crashlytics and other analytical tools to diagnose and fix errors.

Payment Data

In-app purchases (via in_app_purchase) and transactions transmit data to payment service providers and app stores (e.g., Google Play, Apple App Store).

Media Processing Data

If you create video or image content in the app (using ffmpeg_kit_flutter_min_gpl and similar tools), technical metadata may be stored.

Account Deletion and Anonymization of Replay Data

Our app provides an in-game function for deleting your user account. When using this function, all personal data related to your account is deleted. At the same time, all in-game generated data, particularly that required for the replay function, is anonymized so that replays remain complete but can no longer be linked to you.

Legal Basis and Retention Period

Your data is processed based on the GDPR, particularly with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) and for the performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)). Unless statutory retention periods apply, we store your data only as long as necessary to achieve the purposes – with the exception of replay data, which are anonymized upon account deletion.

Data Transmission to Third Parties

Your data may be transmitted to technology and service providers (e.g., Firebase, Google, Apple), payment service providers, as well as analytics and diagnostic services. Data transfers to third countries (e.g., the USA) are carried out using the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures (e.g., encryption, access restrictions, regular security updates) to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, loss, or alteration – without being able to guarantee 100% security.
